NOT INSTALLING PAID PRE-PAID METERS IN 6 MONTHS

My fianc? paid for two homes to have pre-paid installed and we've been waiting 8 months and still nothing.<br> I've sent mails and mails but still no feedback, how do we get the money back that was paid as the whole department is so ***********, when I phone they put me from one person to the next and all of the are more useless than the next person. I've been dealing with a Tsheko Mogashoa, but its also a dead end!!<br> do they just ***** money from tenants as some of my friends never paid for their meters that was installed within 21 days of application!!!<br> WE APP**** AND PAID ON 22/08/2014!!!!! ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS
