Not answering phone

I have been trying to register my prepaid meter for 2 day's now! The line just rings and rings for about 10 min then gets cut off. Someone did actually answer once! Transferred me only to be cut off again!! What the hell is going on there? I NEED MY METER REGISTED!!! PLEASE F.... WAKE UP!
