Normalization and Issuing of Pre-Paid Meter

<p>I have been following with City Power officials to come and normalize my electricity and issue me with electricity keypad for more than a year instead I get send from pillar to post you go to City Power I get told to go to Thuso House in Braamfontein and when you get to Thuso House they refer you back to City Power who is the full, it is very disturbing when as a citizen you are fighting to do the right thing and no listens to you. I take my time from work and try and resolve the mess/problem that has been done at my house no one is will to help.</p> <p>The service we get is very poor indeed no wants to take responsibility which is very disturbing why are people going to since they are not willing to listen to complaints and help were need. You report problems with city power and then people just say you bridging electricity how can I bridge electricity and then report myself to the authority were is sense in that bought my house brand new. I am really disappointed.</p>
