Non-response to tweets

I have not had electricity for the past five days. As is the procedure I logged the fault and tweeted my reference CPWEB986809 number since Thursday evening. I have posted about 8 tweets with the handle @mamkwa. Not a single tweet has been responded to save for ^MM greeting me on Sunday evening. I have had to ask friends and Neighbours to tweet on my behalf. They were all answered speedily. The electricity matter has not been fixed still. This is very unprofessional. Why is there ************** as to who is responded to or not?
