No Supply of electricity

Since Tuesday morning we have been struggling with this electricity issues and we call City Power and they tell us that the technicians have been sent to no avail, yesterday (04/06/2015) as residents of Fleurhof ext23 bombarded them with calls that's when they sent someone to check the problem and we had electricity for a couple of hours and this morning its gone again, it seems like they just do temporary fixes and we need a permanent fix, its cold and we can't be struggling with electricity when we are paying so much money for it, please assist.
