No street lights for months

We have an apolo light, one that makes a big difference in the area. The apolo went off, making the area very dark and therefore increasing the ********* chances of robbing people of their belongings. People are having to walk in the dark even they get back from work. The matter was reported to City Power on the 1st June and we were given a Reference number with a turn around time of 7-14 working days. It is now 3 months going on 4 and seemingly 14 working days in still not up. When we call, we are told the matter is being escalated. It has been 4 months now and as mentioned it is not safe for us. Because now even the small lights are not working. At some point we were also given contact details of the area manager by the name of Sibusiso Xulu. Calls have been made to him. He was even sent the reference number to help, but there is no response from him. Now if we can't get the help of the area manager, who are we meant to get help from. The service at City Power is a Horror movie. We are need the street lights on,
