NO SERVICE and NO ELECTRICITY

I have logged over 7 calls that have been cancelled or closed but we are still in the dark. The transformer needs a neutralizer as it was on fire since 17:55 Tuesday last week and it was leaking too. We haven't had electricity since then. The two groups of technicians sent could not fix it and said they would escalate the matter but guess what minutes after they leave my call get cancelled or closed really is that the way you operate City Power. My calls keep getting cancelled and closed but we still have a problem that hasn't been fixed since last week Tuesday13/07/2021. I hope this is the last call I will have to log for the same problem and we are attended to today and our electricity restored today. I don't know if you can go almost a week with no electricity, it been 8 full days with no electricity but my calls are being cancelled, not cool at all. Please fix our transformers or insert a neutralizer and restore our electricity, or I will keep logging these call and escalate on Twitter every single time will all my ref numbers just to show that we have not been attended to still
