NO SERVICE

<p>Power outage Roodekrans area since 6Am today Thursday 23March - according to city power's website it was a planned interruption starting 6Am to finish at 12PM. It is now 1421 and no power has been restored. Tried calling but phone finally cut out after holding for 45 minutes.</p> <p>Utterly disgusting to say the least</p>
