NO POWER THE WHOLE WEEKEND

<p>My name is Mpho and Im staying in lufhereng. On friday night around 22:00 the power went off but it was not the whole area only few houses including mine. My next door neighbour phoned on sat morning around 09: 00 or so and she was told the turnaround is 1-6 hours, I also phoned and i was told the same thing and I was given this ref no ********** 661, we then waited after the turnaround time we were given we still didnt have power, I then spoke to George Makama who is the area manager, he then asked to send an sms with my name, add, location and the ref no he will forward that on their watsapp group and I did what he told me to do. We waited the whole sat and nothing, my boyfriend kept on phoning as well and still the was no power. On sunday I phoned again around 08:00 and spoke to Judith who asured me that the technicians are on their way, and guess what no technician showed up. We woke up again this morning without power. The service we got from the consultants and the area manager George Makama is ridicolous, we had to throw everything in the fridges, we struggled the whole weekend and we still have to buy electricity. It is really unaccetable. Hope this matter will be sorted out ASAP and city power must compensate us everything we had to throw away, i mean its money we work hard for, and service must improve as well. If we were staying at the surbubs the matter would've been sorted out immediately. We even logged calls on the internet and we still didnt get any response. </p>
