NO POWER SINCE SATURDAY

We do not have power since Saturday every time I try calling i hold on for 45min or more

last night they restored the power in riverlea but few houses are still without power every Time they have a new story and does not sort out the problem

i tried calling again and no luck....

Please help us get this issue resolved ASAP
