No power since last year December

I am VERY disappointed in City power how they treat us as their customers. The gas house in Vrededorp cought fire on the 4th December 2025. The problem was solved as there are some people in the community bridging electricity. City power employee's came to fix in the gas house people got their electricity back except our property. I logged faults from the second week of December for help but instead of City power people helping us they close the tickets without assistance. I opened another one again whereby my mother went to the Department of housing with the CPWEB number that I got after logging the call. They did call City power in Booysen with the ref number and all they said a tech will come out to assist. Till today we do not have electricity. A technician named Simon Mboweni was allucated to assist but he did not come till he even closed the ticket. People who are bringing electricity has electricity but people who are doing thing legal does not have electricity. It does not make sense.
