No power for days now

The jeppestown council flats have had no electricity since Tuesday. Been reported and nothing happens. We have a prepaid meter and yet they dnt come and fix the power. A few blocks of flats have and a few don't. Nothing happens. Everything in my fridge and freezer is off.
