No power for 5 days

Hi Hello Peter Please can you get us assistance from City Power and their useless contractors we have been without lights for the past five days its not loadshedding thie technicians has just made the problem worse i logged a call Dear PATRICK , your City Power call ref is CP*** they cancleed my call saying the Technicians is in the area we still have no lights. There is no one we all waiting our meet got wrotten and we had to throw alot of stuff away Can you help us as a matter of urgency Disgusting service
