No power for 3 days

We have been sitting for 3 days with out power in our earea 187 10th Avenue Highlands north Johannesburg. We have loged 5 complaints to city power and no response or reply from them this is totally unacceptable and outrageous. If there is somebody out there that can help us please we need it urgently
