No power and no response for fixing the problem

Power has been off to our complex-L'Abri since sunday 10th Jan, with no reply's to countless logged calls from many people in the complex. <br> There has been no communication as to what the problem is and when it will be resolved, as well as not being offered a generator in the meantime, seems as if the logged calls are being totally ignored or closed without dealing with them, there has been absolutely no sign of a technician to our sub station. <br> This is just not acceptable.
