No power and no answer at city power

We've had no electricity since 1pm yesterday. Everyone in our area has tried to contact city power but no one picks up. It's a ******** story that they're experiencing high call volumes because after hanging on for one hour someone should have answered. We've logged a fault online only to get a response that the issue has been resolved. It has not because we still do not have any power. I have exhausted all options and don't know what else to do. The service is pathetic. They're quick to come disconnect if you haven't paid for one month but won't resolve faults. Pathetic !!!!!
