Power cuts for Johannesburg 06/02/2015 at 08h00 to 10h30 load block 4B & 8B to be cut, info from city power website. Albertskroon is listed as 6B but power has been cut here.<br> Not only can the country not maintain infrastructure or plan sufficient generating capacity, they cannot even implement a basic schedule.
