No Lights since Sunday the 12th with a 3 month baby in the house

<p>This is ridiculous, we do not owe any money for lights yet we have been without electricty since sunday. There is absolutely no sense of urgency in fixing the issue. Two houses out of an entire neighbourhood is without electricity and i have a 3 month old child in the house. the issue has been reported however as i have mentioned before that there is no sense of urgency as the problem is ours to deal with. </p> <p>Your managers numbers are online however they too do not see a reason to answer there phone. </p> <p>The only time we will ever hear from city power is when the lights are not paid. </p> <p>Ref: ********** 986 i trust that this matter will be looked into. should i not hear from you i will take it that i would need to report this matter much higher . </p>
