No lights prepaid meter not working

<p>I logged my first call to city power ********** 55 at 10:15am yesterday and today 8 calls later and I am still waiting for a technician. My lights are now off and still no response. After every call I am told a technician has been dispatched. Leed time for my problem is 4 to 6 hours.</p>
