No help with City Power Johannesburg

I logged a call to resolve power issues on my property which is the only house in the street with no power. Day 5 ans still no resolution.No priority. I have a 91 year old mother who is struggling. Even went ro the local office . Just promises or technicians coming to see the main box on the street and then they leave . No feedback. foods damaged . its is so unfair and there is no assistance. Being a single mother with kids writing exams this is extremely difficult.
