No electricity since Tuesday- NO SOLUTION

Call was logged on Tuesday evening as our lights went off while neigbours were fine, yesterday we were told that technicians went to fetch the master key- That took the whole day!! Called again this morning and we were advised that the night shift couldn't resolve the issue and day shift is currently looking into it. I asked for the area manager's number to escalate the matter or rather get an update. Mr Rakefa Makgoro is not answering calls, sent sms with all the details as per his voice mail still no response.

This is very upsetting and frastrating as we have children writing final exams, using tablets to study. Food is going off,our safety and security is compromised and we dont even know what is the problem.
