no electricity from 18h00 to 20hoo daily

from the start of this winter about 4 houses in my street have been experiencing power outages from +- 2hours from 6pm -8pm every day, so i wrote the the area manager who sent out an electrician who came by and told us that a call need to be made while the outage is occuring. he finished his night shift that day.... i told the area manger what had happened with no responses and have been calling and logging faults on the website and till yesterday we still have power outages daily. i honestly just don't know what to do anymore.
