NO ELECTRICITY FOR 120 HOURS!!!!!!

Our electricity was disconnected at 10h00 on Thursday the 16th of July 2015. We have made countless calls and sent countless e-mails to the accounts, technical and reconnections departments at City Power since Thursday the 16th of July 2015. Nobody knows what they are doing - accounts department tell you to phone technical, technical tell you to phone accounts. No one can give you a time nor a date as to when our electricity will be reconnected apart from \there is a turn-around time of 72 hours". It's now been 120 hours since we've been disconnected. Technicians did arrive at midnight on Sunday the 19th of July"
