No Electricity but electricity keep going up

Its so disgusting logged a call on Thursday already for electricity thats off today is Monday already no1 came out even with a ref all airtime phoned out...a whole weekend without electricy patetic service ...blaming it on the taxi strike n place is a red zone i drove in and out the place and im a lady come up with better excuses...70 year old mom 2 small kids but the department dont care....
