No electricity and rude agents at City Power

I called your helpline today to report the issue of no electricity and the agent I spoke to was unprofessional and rude. She responded to my concern with 'Yho' and then said 'Ungazondi nyela wena' before hanging up on me. This is not the kind of service I expect from your company. Please educate your agents on cosumer service cause clearly they don't know what it entails.
