No electricity

<p>So we have been out of Electricity since 9am on friday the 3 of March we logged a call that afternoon and promised a technician would come but DOLOLO.SATURDAY the 4th of March i call to be put on hold for 10 mins on both occasions so my call is being followed up with the supervisor still DOLOLO RESPONSE i ask for a turn around time and told i cant be told anything in fact the proper wording was we cant promise you anything.then Today 5th March 7am still no power so i call again and guess what our call HAS NOT BEING DISPATCHED AFTER 45hours. WOW TALK ABOUT SERVICE</p>
