No care as usual

Good day,

I have logged 2 references and have got no assistance. Last night I logged reference CPWEB***, A guys came and said that he needs to wait for someone and left, the latest they will be back is today more. My request is closed and no one has come. I have logged another request with reference CPWEB*** as a follow up and we are still waiting. As explained in my references I have a child who needs oxygen and we are unable to do anything without electricity supply. This is really not the service we expect. My child's life is at stake.

The guy that came last night just took pictures and left, not mentioning he was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Please can you urgently assist with my request.
