No assistance from City Power- no electricity

I have been calling City Power the whole day, their line system will keep going back and forth to the queue, when you are first in line it will take you back to number 4 and extend the waiting time. I spent more than an hour calling them, the first call was dropped when I was first in line and the second call was answered but the lady who answered the call did not speak the whole time, I could hear her talking and giggling with the others while I'm on the call, I held with the hope that she will realise she answered the call and she didn't even bother instead she just hung up the call. We have no electricity at 136 Henderson Road, Citi View complex, Moffat View since yesterday, only our complex does not have electricity and the houses surrounding us have electricity. please we please be assisted urgently.
