Mushroom behavior From Brian and Rebecca!!!

I really unimpressed by the service i received from an Agent called Rebecca, who was really *********** and rude, she did not show any willingness to assist me when i called to find out on why does the electricity in Tshepisong phase 6 go off everyday at 6pm...her response was "i wouldn't know" i mean if you don't ,why don't you try and find out as an Agent. I even asked her do u know how to do your job and she said...hhhaaa!!!, that really ****ed me and i asked to speak to leader in charge his name is BRIAN who did not apologies or offer to assist,, but he was defending the Agent by saying that what the Agent said might have come out wrong and he does not know as well why the area never has electricity at that time,,,i personally he should have apologised on the Agents behalf and advise that he would find out for me and call me back or something...I got so angry and told him that the staff is a bunch of mushrooms,,,and he demanded an apology for that...and hung up...

I did not receive an apology for the attitude the agent gave me, why should i give one... i need this addressed and sorted out immediately. And i do deserve a written apology from Brian and Rebecca
