multiple power cuts without notice

My electricity supply has been cut without notice since Tuesday morning I called City Power and they told me that they will investigate. I am still waiting for the report back since the 4th June. The supply returned for a short time since and abruptly cut this morning at 7am. This City Power of Johannesburg and their Developing Partners CALGRO M3/M5, are very inconsiderate, while they enjoy electricity supply where they live they deprive us. I am very upset, I am not living in Fleurhof on handouts I am paying a costly bond, please assist.
