Meter took by Yande

City power Yande contractors took my meter on Friday afternoon where there is a public holiday on Monday saying that it is bridged but I found the meter like that when I bought the house in Midrand. These contractors asked a bribe to fix it and I refused to pay. We have a small baby at home and when I go to Booysens City Power they told me I need to pay fine of 10,500 for reconnection this is huge amount for me to pay. And they cannot even tell since when it is bridged, find a person who did that. Please assist me Thank you.
