Low Voltage Issue

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged several complaints online re low voltage issue experienced since friday 14 May 2016, using the citypower website. To date, nothing has been done. Applicances have packed up and my 2 year old refrigerator has also packed up.</p> <p>I've called the area manager, Lucas Masilela, on several occassions to no avail. I've requested one of their technicians, Thabo, to assist. It's now day 5 without proper electricity. Reference numbers on calls logged are:</p> <p>1. CPWEB***</p> <p>2. CPWEB***</p> <p>3. CPWEB***</p> <p>4. CPWEB***</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't know what to do or who to escalate this matter to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help!</p>
