Load-Shedding Badly Manged

Load-shedding is a burden that we all have to face, but it is made considerably worse by City Power's inability to stick to their own schedule. In our area, power is restored "on-time" in less than 10% of the cases - most of the time, it comes on an hour late. There is simply no excuse for this - it is sheer incompetence.
