Lenasia South 6 day Power Outage

I am a resident of Lenasia South Ext 4. We have experienced a power outage since 16 June 2020. The last update provided was an ETA was for today 22 June 2020. The power has still not been restored and CityPower has not bothered to provide us with any further updates. We have regular tariff increases but it seems we are paying to have our power cut on a regular basis while the informal settlements around us are brightly lit. It is cold and frozen foods are going bad.
