Lack of Service.

On Saturday 8th. March, my 91 year old sister, had a report sent to City Power that her power supply was off.Ref; CP ***. She was told that it would take between one to twenty four hours to rectify. It is now thursday 13th. March and after many attempts nothing has been done, except that she received an SMS. from City Power saying the job had been completed and closed ???. The Ward Councilor for Ward 54 was contacted and assured us that the case would be attended to between 6 and 7 am this morning. Once again, nothing happened. Who can a 91-year-old lady believe? How do we get some help and action from City Power?
