Lack of proper service delivery

I have made a call to the ward counselor of Eldorado Park Mr Peter Rafferty on the 23rd and 24th June 2015 to report the street lights in extension 12 that has been out of service for close to 5 months as City Power fails to deliver service,He stated that he will report the matter and have the issued addressed so the technicians fix the lights.The only street lights working is in Dakota street which is very unfair.<br> <br> Boeing and Cessna Road street lights still remains off until now this is pathetic service being rendered from City Power as we have people especially females walking down the dark streets to work in the morning and the drug users follow them then rob the people from their belongings.My daughter is also affected as she fears her life walking in this two very much dark street to work to get transport for work.<br> <br> I want this street lights to be fixed as soon as possible or I will take this matter higher maybe even the papers but im sure Carte Blanche will be pleased to hear about this lack of service delivery from City Power as workers are being paid a salary for doing absolutely nothing in maintaining a safe community in Eldorado Park
