Johannesburg City Power...no help when they mess up

City power were fixing our neighbor's power when they overloaded our meter. We smelt burning when we arrived home and called them immediately, they replaced the meter however they neglected to connect all three phases of our power. We have asked for them to assist for over a week now, they have not come back and have not done anything to help. Without all the phases we are without water as we only have borehole connections and cannot pump the water. For over a week they have pretended to phone us, they let the phone ring once and then end the call, they have not sent anyone out to fix their mistake. We has escalated, begged, logged tickets, done everything we can and with nothing to show for it. We are angry and have now run out of water.
