Joburg City Power is pathetic

After logging the power problems with the head office in Booysens Jhb. it took them three days to reply per telephone or physically to resolve the simple problem. This was only a tripped switch on-top of a power line which I cannot fix it myself as I am not 12 meters tall. Three days later when they arrived, the crane on the truck did not work, so another day without power went by. This is after I procurered all my meat and other stuff for Christmas which had to be dumped as hair started to grow on it. WHAT WILL YOU DO TO THIS PROBLEM?
