ITRON & CITY POWER METER PROBLEM

Itron meter boxes where installed in our houses in Whitney Gardens in 2014 and they have been malfunctioning ever since. The replaced mine and the one I got still malfunctioned. Got City Power to come help as we had no electricity for 2 days. They came and said they would return to put in new meter box.A technician Came in October and told us that all was fine while he was taking photos of our box outside the yard. I though the was sent to install a new meter. We cooperated fully and he left without replacing the box. An technician called us with the promise that they would come replace the box.a Further two technicians have come today (3 October 2015) and spoke to my neighbour to alert him that they will come disconnect our power.Each time they have come,they have never identified themselves neither been helpful.I believe that this is unfair as the faulty meter boxes were not installed by us
