Irresponsible city power

Very disappointed city who failed to fixe their power box that supply electric to my house and yet i buy electric every month I log a re on 20th of December they sent electrician 22 who did not assist me but close the jobcard under Cute Mdluli , i call same day open another ref and i went to Florida office on 23 they promised to send another electrician but no one came i went again on 24 spoke with managers now they called around found another lady tech who claimed to stay at the same area who come and assist me but nothing happened. I am now sitting in the dark on Christmas with a sick child who's life depends on the electricity.
