Incorrect meter readings

During the period of January this year the old meter was replaced with a new smart meter.<br> Accounts received for the last 5 months reflects old meter and estimated meter readings. No reference being made about new smart meter or current meter readings.<br> The above complaint is in the interest of my mother.
