The worse serve ever , it is pointless call their *********** useless contact center , a bunch of damn idiots that cannot help you and don't know any .... I called to ask that are the extra charges on my bill , a agent comes on the line obviously doesn't know anything , say please hold ... I hold for 20min and then she cuts the call .... COJ is forever *****ing peoples money and adding extra charges that they cannot explain .
