*********** ***** who doesn't care about people

City power is so *********** , the power at our street keeps on going off . They keep on sending *********** people to fix it , every time when they come they keep on saying that it has been fixed and it wont happen again . however 4 hours later , the power goes off again . When you phone their call center , you will hold the line for more than 45 min before someone answers . When the person answers , they are not even helpful .Yesterday we went to their offices , one their employees told us that our transformer is too small . If they are aware that the transformer is too small , why don't you replace it instead of sending people to come put a small wire knowing that it will not solve the problem ? even worse , other street don't have the same problem as us . Why cant our street be like them ? City power doesn't care and they are *********** to come up with a solution to a simple problem, put a bigger transformer that can handle the demand . They seem to forget that we pay for this electricity , somebody must take initiative and make sure that we provided with the service that we are paying for . Who can go for a week without power in this cold winter , be empathetic
