In the dark for days but paying for electricity

on the 31st of Jan the power went off while we were out doing month end shopping, it was off the whole day on the 1st as well. I called city power around 5 pm to find out if this was load shedding or what as the power was off for too long, i was told by Melusi it was not load shedding but a cable problem which they were busy sorting out. The power came back around 10:30pm. On the 2nd it went off again from 10:00am and came back at 1pm. This is beyond ridiculous all the meat &amp
