This morning, at around 09h50, we reported a problem with our meter., on *** We were provided with a reference number... and the WAITING began.<br> <br> 5 hours later, I call City Power to follow up on my reported problem, as it will soon get dark, and 5 hours is enough time for a technician to respond to a reported problem.<br> <br> In my first follow-up call, the call centre agent does not introduce herself, I explain what I'm following up on, she says \please hold"and 10 minutes go by. I hang up.<br> <br> I call the same number"
