Idiots at city power who don't care.

OK here goes Wednesday morning 12 am lights go out. The same morning of Wednesday 4:30am lights were supposed to come back on after load shedding. Thursday 18th the lights return after 3 days no electricity. That was after I went Thursday morning around 10:30am to get a ticket number CP***. Which it turns out was closed the same day in under 3hrs. I made a noise they at city power re-open ticket NUMBER CP***. OK THAT NIGHT BY 10:3pm I GET LIGHTS. Now the odd thing about these idiots at city power do not update my ticket number. However this evenings load shedding of 8pm to 10:30pm. By 10:20pm my lights trip again along with 3 of my neighbours who also now don't have electricity. Are these idiots concerned about how they going about doing service delivery? They got a sick sadistic way of going about it. They are in my opinion a bunch of glamour Queens and Kings with no concern on how they do their jobs. They stand around looking pretty doing nothing.
