How do we earn a living?

Zero Rating right now. We have been without power since Saturday. As we teach skills, we are not earning, our teachers are not earning, the taxi is not earning and the students are not being skilled and can't start their new lives. Our neighbours have electricity. The business opposite me also has no electricity. I am almost 100% sure that something tripped on the pole during the Saturday night pole. However, I am told that each technician has over 2,000 cases and somebody will get to us when they can. This is a "First World City"????????? I have spent up to SIX hours each day, trying to speak to a human. If I had a Rand for each time I listened to "We are currently experiencing high call volumes. Please hold for the next available agent". I would be able to buy City Power and solve the problem.
