HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH NO ACTION FOR PAST 2 MONTHS

Street light has been knocked down, I have been calling for the past 2 months. I keep getting messages saying my service tickets have been closed as my power has been restored but nothing has been done, I dont have a street light and my neighbourhood is in darkness as their street lights dont have power. This is becoming irritating and dangerous for us. This is not the first time that I am receiving bad service from City Power.

Please ensure that this is attended to urgently !!
