Horrible service

I honestly don't know if you have people working in the call centre, you are put on hold for 30min only for your call to be disconnected. Honestly the most useless service provider I've see. I've been calling for the past 3 days with no response. Even the option to request for a call back does not work coz even now I've not received any call back.
