Horrible service

I am shocked at the poor service we received. We logged a call last night only to get someone to come check the next day. Said technician connected then disconnected stating that he will not assist until he received bribe money. We logged a complaint. Only to be ignored countless times. Eventually the street decided to give in and pay the bribe.... Absolute wow
